Local Drainage Solutions were called out to a local Nursery School that unfortunately had a large leak in their outdoor play area. Backed up drains left sitting sewage which needed investigating.
We were able to discover that the drain was located underneath the artificial grass. After discovering the manhole we were able to properly investigate the issue with our CCTV Drainage Survey. We found significant blockage and damage to the pipes, a common issue for older systems located in some parts of Kent.
The job involved excavating the surrounding area to remove the significant blockage and repair the damaged pipe. We were able to solve this issue the same day and finished by chemically cleaning the whole area so it was safe for use.
The client was very pleased by the speed of the job and the fact that they were able to use the play area again that day.

Fantastic job from Jan. called out on a Sunday as our kitchen sink was completely blocked. On looking at it the pipe work under the kitchen was completely blocked. The drain outflows are complicated and finding a route into the blocked pipe was not straightforward but after looking at it it was resolved quickly. I was worried we’d have to take up the floor to get to it but Jan managed to get the jet machine in avoiding us significant cost.

Had a hole in our clay soil pipe under kitchen floor. Concerned that was going to have to dig up the concrete floor to replace pipe. Fedurco Drainage sorted it with a liner so no need for any destructive works. They did a video of the work before and after to show the fix had worked. Cleaned drain as well. All sorted within an hour and a half of being here. Fantastic service and very approachable.

After one failed attempt by a different company and several goes doing it myself I had to call in fedurco. We had a blockage effecting 2 toilets on 3rd and 4th floors.
