Fantastic job from Jan. called out on a Sunday as our kitchen sink was completely blocked. On looking at it the pipe work under the kitchen was completely blocked. The drain outflows are complicated and finding a route into the blocked pipe was not straightforward but after looking at it it was resolved quickly. I was worried we’d have to take up the floor to get to it but Jan managed to get the jet machine in avoiding us significant cost.

Had a hole in our clay soil pipe under kitchen floor. Concerned that was going to have to dig up the concrete floor to replace pipe. Fedurco Drainage sorted it with a liner so no need for any destructive works. They did a video of the work before and after to show the fix had worked. Cleaned drain as well. All sorted within an hour and a half of being here. Fantastic service and very approachable.

Well, what can I say!

Firstly if anyone wants a lesson in customer service, use this company and ask for Jan!

From our first interaction he was a pleasure to deal with. He arranged everything at half the price of other companies in the area.

He even sorted out an unrelated issue with a blocked man hole with souther water as we were away at the time! He really could have just said not my problem.

He updated us step by step with pictures of the work at various stages to reassure us. He advised and gave honest advice and feedback throughout!

I had a drain dispute with my neighbour which was giving me sleepless nights, especially seeing as he was seeking legal advice.

After one failed attempt by a different company and several goes doing it myself I had to call in fedurco. We had a blockage effecting 2 toilets on 3rd and 4th floors. Top quality job. Booked late afternoon and Jan arrived as promised 9am next morning. Blasted out blocked drain downpipe all the way through the system into main sewage drain. Able to show on CCTV camera all clear and kind enough to explain it all.

Updated Aug 2022: recommended to my mother with blocked drain issue. All sorted and good work done. But £1854 for 3-4 hours work and parts. I understand not an easy job digging up concrete replacing/repairing broken drain. But feeling ripped off when £1250 was discussed over a phone call to me (which is still a lot! But felt willing to pay for having it sorted immediately, without hassle of getting other quotes).
