Enquired in the evening and had someone turn up the next morning for 9.30am. Nice guy, very professional and did a great job of explaining the problem. Managed to sort within 30 minutes. Was about £288 Inc. VAT so not sure if that's reasonable but it sorted out the problem so thank you!

Fantastic job from Jan. called out on a Sunday as our kitchen sink was completely blocked. On looking at it the pipe work under the kitchen was completely blocked. The drain outflows are complicated and finding a route into the blocked pipe was not straightforward but after looking at it it was resolved quickly. I was worried we’d have to take up the floor to get to it but Jan managed to get the jet machine in avoiding us significant cost.

Brilliant service offered. Arrived when they say they would & work was carried out very promptly & efficiently. The man was very informative, polite & explained exactly what the problem was. Thought I was going to have to destroy a room by knocking tiles off walls & ripping floors up but was saved by calling Fedurco, the man pointed out exactly what & where the problem was which we rectified from the inside of a cupboard. I would definitely not hesitate to call back and use again if I ever need to. 10/10. Excellent, thank you.

Called in the morning to a drainage issue in our commercial property, also asked for liability insurance which was kindly provided by the chap in the office, Drainage issue was resolved within 1 1/2 hours after being advised by another company that this was going to take all day.Thank you for your help and quick response time.Highly recommend

Had a hole in our clay soil pipe under kitchen floor. Concerned that was going to have to dig up the concrete floor to replace pipe. Fedurco Drainage sorted it with a liner so no need for any destructive works. They did a video of the work before and after to show the fix had worked. Cleaned drain as well. All sorted within an hour and a half of being here. Fantastic service and very approachable.

He helped us find out the source of the issue and provided great advice on how to handle future issues with Thames water should they ever arise.He had all the equipment need for resolving the blockage further up the drain and we feel confident our drain issues are finally resolved! He arranged everything at half the price of other companies in the area.He even sorted out an unrelated issue with a blocked man hole with souther water as we were away at the time! He really could have just said not my problem.He updated us step by step with pictures of the work at various stages to reassure us. I had a drain dispute with my neighbour which was giving me sleepless nights, especially seeing as he was seeking legal advice.When I spoke to Jan, he completely put my mind at rest and told me to leave it to him and he would inspect the drain.He provided video evidence of the blockage which resulted in his bill being split between the 2 parties.Jan couldn't have been more helpful and in his words, he "got rid of my headache".I would happily recommend Jan. After one failed attempt by a different company and several goes doing it myself I had to call in fedurco. We had a blockage effecting 2 toilets on 3rd and 4th floors. Jan was very knowledgeable explained each and every step and efficiently cleared embarrassing blockage, removed heavy scale build up and showed me using cctv how clear everything now is. First class job would highly recommend.

We had overflowing toilet, bath, sink and the most awful smell. We went with Local Drainage Solutions and they booked in a time with us and were at our home promptly. Jan the engineer was really lovely and got the issue sorted in no time, we had some blockages which he cleared and showed us a video of drains, he explained everything and gave advice on how to stop it happening again. Good service, good price.

Top quality job. Booked late afternoon and Jan arrived as promised 9am next morning. Blasted out blocked drain downpipe all the way through the system into main sewage drain. Able to show on CCTV camera all clear and kind enough to explain it all.Updated Aug 2022: recommended to my mother with blocked drain issue. All sorted and good work done. But £1854 for 3-4 hours work and parts. I understand not an easy job digging up concrete replacing/repairing broken drain. But feeling ripped off when £1250 was discussed over a phone call to me (which is still a lot! But felt willing to pay for having it sorted immediately, without hassle of getting other quotes).
