Privacy notice

This notice explains how Local Drainage Solutions uses the information you submit when you contact us or request a quotation.

Version: privacy-v3-2026-08-23

Who we are

Local Drainage Solutions provides drainage services to domestic and commercial customers. Contact us at info@localdrainagesolutions.co.uk or using the telephone numbers published on this website.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, service location, message, consent time and the privacy notice version you accepted.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange or manage requested work, protect the service from abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing and security

Information is available only to authorised people who need it for the enquiry or requested work. It may be processed by contracted hosting or communications providers and disclosed where the law requires it. We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service.

How long we keep it

Resolved or archived enquiry contact details are redacted after 365 days. Operational records without contact details may be retained for security, accountability and legal requirements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal data. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us first if you have a privacy question or wish to exercise a right.

Website analytics and advertising protection

We use Google Tag Manager to manage approved analytics and advertising tags. We use ClickCease, provided by CHEQ AI Technologies (2018) Ltd, to detect invalid advertising traffic and help protect our advertising budget.

ClickCease may process IP address, device information, traffic and location data, pages viewed, advertising click identifiers and website interactions for fraud detection and reporting. We do not send contact-form fields such as your name, email address, telephone number, service location or message to Google Tag Manager or ClickCease.

When Advanced consent mode is active, Google consent signals are initially set to denied, but Google Tag Manager and ClickCease may make network requests before you choose your privacy preferences. ClickCease’s invalid-traffic processing is separate from your Analytics and Marketing choices. See the ClickCease Privacy Policy for further information.
